At the center of the redesigned cClear is a new Observability Home Page — a comprehensive summary view that provides immediate situational awareness.

Rather than forcing engineers to assemble context from multiple sources, the home page automatically surfaces the most important signals. It highlights critical issues based on key metrics such as latency, connection failures, and throughput, allowing teams to focus their attention on what matters.

The system also remembers service and location baselines, making it easier to identify anomalies that may indicate emerging incidents. Instead of manually comparing metrics over time, engineers can immediately recognize deviations from expected performance.

From the Observability page, one-click drilldowns reveal granular packet-level data across services, locations, monitoring points, endpoints, protocols, and sessions. What previously required multiple investigative steps can now happen almost instantly.

Troubleshooting often starts with “Where should I look first?” cPacket’s new Control Center answers that question with improved search and filtering capabilities. Engineers can perform intuitive open-text searches or apply filters to quickly locate the exact dashboards or data sets they need.

Even better, the system remembers recent searches, creating a one-click path back to commonly used views. Over time, this streamlines daily workflows and helps teams move from question to insight more efficiently.

Better state management across views also makes it easier to navigate between related perspectives without losing investigative context — an essential capability when analyzing complex network events.

The new Control Center consolidates 56 dashboards into 12 interactive Grafana “Scenes” to ease dashboard fatigue while still providing comprehensive visibility. These dynamic dashboards give engineers more control over how data is visualized and explored. Instead of navigating multiple static views, teams can adjust metrics and move between high-level summaries and detailed analysis in seconds.
