cPacket Launches “cChannel” New Partner Program

The cPacket team is excited to announce the launch of our newly revamped cChannel Partner Program, which has been designed to provide our reseller partners and systems integrators with the resources necessary to drive success in the market with our next-generation network performance monitoring (NPM) solutions.

As a company that sells one-hundred percent through the channel, our resellers and system integrators play a critical role in our business model. The focus for this new program is to maximize their business opportunities and offer their customers strategic product differentiation with cPacket. As we expand our program, we are looking to build mutually beneficial partnerships with new resellers and systems integrators that fill the role of the trusted advisors for their customers.

With the help of our channel partners, 2016 has delivered some of the strongest growth in our company’s history, with expansion into new financial, service provider, and enterprise accounts. To support this growth, we have also created new distribution relationships in North America, EMEA, APAC and ANZA regions. We expect the launch of cChannel to help fuel our continued growth in 2017 and beyond.

How is the Program Structured?

The program has multiple tiers, including Silver for channel partners new to cPacket. Partners in this tier are required to make initial baseline investments in training and demo equipment. Gold, for resellers and systems integrators that have grown their cPacket business and demonstrated commitment to cPacket. Gold Partners make larger investments, and as a result, receive added incentives. Partners enter this tier level after performing at Gold level requirements during the course of two consecutive quarters. Finally, we have Affiliate for those interested in selling cPacket solutions, but not ready to make an annual commitment to cPacket.

The program also comes with added bonuses, including, but not limited to:

  • Access to next-generation solutions within high-growth NPM and security markets
  • Training, enablement tools, and marketing development funds to become a leading solution provider in the performance monitoring and analysis market
  • Rich tier-based discounts, and cPacket’s deal registration program
  • Sales, marketing, and business planning support from cPacket
  • Strong professional services opportunities, including performance audits, deployment configuration, and DevOps integration
