We are going through unprecedented times and I’d like to give you a quick update on cPacket Networks’ current and planned operations amid the backdrop of the COVID-19 pandemic. We are actively monitoring the ongoing developments of the outbreak and are taking the necessary precautions to address the safety of our employees and the business needs of our customers and partners.
We know that you count on cPacket Networks for your mission-critical network and security operations. We also understand that you may have questions regarding our business and operations viability. We would like you to know that our business is strong, stable, and viable. Just last month we announced that Morgan Stanley Expansion Capital invested $15 million in our business.
We have adopted a work from home policy for a majority of our global employees. As long as it’s prudent to do so, our team members in manufacturing and shipping will continue to work onsite at our facilities while practicing safety and health measures to ensure their well-being.
Product Availability and Shipment
We are working closely with our suppliers and managing our inventory to ensure continuity and responsiveness. Although we are not expecting an impact to our operations, delays beyond our control are possible due to the dynamic nature of the situation. If we cannot avoid availability and shipping delays, we will update our customers and partners.
