Chief Executive Officer
Brendan serves as Chief Executive Officer of cPacket and has over 20 years of executive and leadership experience. Prior to joining cPacket, Brendan was President and Chief Operating Officer at Massana Semiconductor, where he led a successful acquisition by Agere Systems. Brendan was also Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel for Aureal Systems, a public audio technology company. Before his journey into corporate executive management, Brendan led a successful career in Silicon Valley as an attorney with the predecessor law firm to DLA Piper Rudnick, specializing in corporate law, intellectual property, and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. O’Flaherty earned his Bachelor’s degree from Santa Clara University and a Doctorate in Jurisprudence, Magna cum laude, from Santa Clara University Law School.
Vice President, Software Engineering
Hari serves as Vice President, Software Engineering at cPacket Networks. He brings over two decades of technical leadership and engineering expertise in building complex software products. Mr. Miriyala held several key technology and product development roles starting from SONET to ROADM/DWDM based optical networking to multi service packet networking systems. Prior to joining cPacket, Hari held technical leadership and management roles at Fujitsu where he was responsible for developing networking and software products, as well as working at Space R & D center where he developed software and systems for image processing and GIS applications. Hari holds an M.S. in Computer Science and Engineering as well as a B.E. in Electronics and Communications Engineering. He also holds multiple patents in network management. Outside of work, Hari is an avid yoga and meditation practitioner, enjoys recreational sports, and actively participates in charity programs centered around child development.
Vice President, Systems Engineering
Ron serves as Vice President, Systems Engineering at cPacket Networks. Ron has over 25 years of experience leading engineering teams through the creation and development of complex networking. Ron began his career in Qualcomm, where he was a lead system engineer for mobile telephony systems and was responsible for the creation of IP that is part of the core 3G and 4G systems. Ron was also the co-founder of Mobilian, a wireless semiconductor company. Ron joined Intel through the acquisition of Mobilian, where he successfully led engineering teams in the wireless group as well as Intel’s new business group. Ron holds a B.Sc. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from The Technion in Israel, and holds over 15 granted US patents.
