Brendan serves as Chief Executive Officer of cPacket and has over 20 years of executive and leadership experience. Prior to joining cPacket, Brendan was President and Chief Operating Officer at Massana Semiconductor, where he led a successful acquisition by Agere Systems. Brendan was also Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel for Aureal Systems, a public audio technology company. Before his journey into corporate executive management, Brendan led a successful career in Silicon Valley as an attorney with the predecessor law firm to DLA Piper Rudnick, specializing in corporate law, intellectual property, and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. O’Flaherty earned his Bachelor’s degree from Santa Clara University and a Doctorate in Jurisprudence, Magna cum laude, from Santa Clara University Law School.
Hari serves as Vice President, Software Engineering at cPacket Networks. He brings over two decades of technical leadership and engineering expertise in building complex software products. Mr. Miriyala held several key technology and product development roles starting from SONET to ROADM/DWDM based optical networking to multi service packet networking systems. Prior to joining cPacket, Hari held technical leadership and management roles at Fujitsu where he was responsible for developing networking and software products, as well as working at Space R & D center where he developed software and systems for image processing and GIS applications. Hari holds an M.S. in Computer Science and Engineering as well as a B.E. in Electronics and Communications Engineering. He also holds multiple patents in network management. Outside of work, Hari is an avid yoga and meditation practitioner, enjoys recreational sports, and actively participates in charity programs centered around child development.
Kerry serves as Vice President, Product Management at cPacket Networks. He is also responsible for leading cPacket’s Customer Support and Solution Engineering teams. Before joining cPacket, Kerry held several senior product management roles with Micrel and Massana as well as various software and firmware development roles at early-stage startup-ups for Ethernet PHY and switch semiconductors. Kerry holds a B.S. in Computer Engineering and an MA in Technology Management from the University of California, San Diego.
